- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Eastland Drug tries to work with you to get the best deal they can give. I have shopped both WalMart and Eastland Drug for my medications. On some things WalMart is cheaper. However, on some of my meds, Eastland Drug is over $100 cheaper. You have to shop around. There is no law that says you can't call the drugstore to find out how much your medications are going to cost The people at Eastland Drug are always friendly and the service is prompt. Also you can drive thru and pick up your medications which is a definite plus if you have a hard time walking or just getting in and out of the car.September 29, 2017by Louis Hollywood
